6.2.13 - Pilates with Michael

Session once again nothing like Sabrina's.

Balance and posture work.
Lots of work in '13 inch heels' for balance & posture
Plank & movements off it
downward dogs
tiny abb movements on back.

Loads of improvement needed in all movements so will keep with it and quit referencing Sabrina.

n.b front on knees hurt a bit cycling home :s

07.15 - 45 mins spinning session + 15 min jog on treadmill

Climb from ez res to hard & back down
ups and downs (holding dropped position over bars) - worked the gluts!
Up off sadle
4 * 30 secs max sprints on flat
cool down and stretch

15 mins on jogger at rate 10.5
5 mins on foam roller

60 min Spinning Session @ VA with Heather

3.1.13 - 13.00

Brilliant.
Hill climb with sprints.
Flat sprints.
Up/ Down off saddle maintaining speed/ effort.
Slow cadence high resistance climb to finish.
Love it and quite love Heather, especially when she shouts/encourages.

Went and foam rolled afterwards.

Would have done her abs class but I had a lesson to teach.

60 mins Pilates (VA) with Sue

3.2.13 - 11.30

1st time doing Pilates since March/ April 2012.
Pure matt work with no equipment.
More stretching and slow movements compared to Sabrina's sessions.

Back and body felt looser for it so there was definitely benefit in the session. Unfortunately it was nowhere near the same level of work out CV/ muscular as Sabrina's.  Will try again and try to take other instructors sessions.
